• Drill point product capable of self-drilling 3/16″ steel
• Tru-Kote™ Epoxy E-Coat
• The specially designed ¾ʺ long pilot points prevents the existing metal roof panel from “jacking” up the threads during the drilling operation, thereby reducing point burnout and breakage
• Use a 1800 rpm screw gun – threads must penetrate minimum 1″ through steel
Common applications include: secure single-ply roofing membrane to structural steel purlins (16 ga. to 3/16ʺ) in standing seam metal roof recover applications
