Description
DOWSIL™ 999A Silicone Glazing Sealant is intended for general construction applications; may be applied as a primary seal to most glass, plastic and metal assemblies if tested and shown to be acceptable for the intended use.
• Resistant to sunlight, rain, sleet, snow, ultraviolet radiation, ozone and temperature extremes
• Retains design properties even after years of exposure – seals remain watertight and weatherproof
• Wide service temperature range from -60 to 177°C (-76 to 350°F) with intermittent temperatures up to 200°C (392°F)
Typical applications for DOWSIL 999A include general weather sealing joints, glazing and curtain wall weather sealing joints, building façade weather sealing joints
